| This is our villa which is situated in the Florida Pines community. The front of the villa has ample parking area as well as a lawn. To the rear of the house is a screened swimming pool which comes complete with patio furniture and umbrella. Also situated near by is a childrens play area. |

The Lounge/Dining Area This room has two large comfortable sofas and dining room table and chairs. To complete the light, airy feel of this spacious room there is a CD player for entertainment.

The Family Room This room is furnished with a large queen sized sofa bed, two seater sofa, cable television, VCR and ceiling fan. The sliding doors in this delightful room lead onto the screened swimming pool area |

The Kitchen This room is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and hob breakfast bar and stools and a kitchen nook with tables and chairs There is a large integral double garage with facilities including a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. |

Bedroom 1 This room has a queen-sized bed, cable television walk-in closet and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has a large bath, shower cubicle, vanity unit with hair dryer and separate toilet. |

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 Our villa has three other bedrooms. Bedroom 2 contains a queen sized bed and closet space. Bedrooms 3 and 4 contain two single beds in each. |
